This summer has brought some exciting news for Fijiland! Three Chi Eta brothers have  married and two more brothers have become engaged!

Bo Armstrong (2013) married Beth Truax on June 2, 2012 in Bowling Green, KY.

Bo is currently studying psychology and plans to attend graduate school. Beth is studying student affairs in order to work on a college campus. The two currently live in Bowling Green and are working to complete their degrees.

Tyler Jury (2012) married Katie Ferriell on June 15, 2012 in Louisville, KY.

Tyler is studying at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and Katie is studying art history at the Hite Art Institute, University of Louisville. The couple has recently moved to Louisville, KY.

Luke Gilliam (2012) married Katie Hindman on July 21, 2012 in Russellville, KY.

Luke earned his degree in civil engineering this spring. Katie studies at the Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, KY. The couple recently moved to Paducah, KY where Luke is a utilities inspector for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and Katie is in her clinical rotations while studying to become a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.

Chris Drury (2010) proposed to Nikki Zalewski on July 15, 2012.

Chris earned his degree in corporate and organizational communication and currently serves in the United States Army in explosives ordinance disposal. He is stationed in Eglin Air Force Base, FL. His fiancee Nikki also serves in the United States Army as a signals/intel analyst. She earned her degree in Forensic Science/Crime Scene Investigation from Hilbert College and is also stationed in Eglin Air Force Base. In a few months, Chris will relocate to Fort Hood, TX, and Nikki will move to Ft. Huachuca, AZ.

Kyle Allen (2011) proposed to Suzanne Deevers on July 26, 2012.

Kyle earned his degree in public relations/marketing and is now employed as WKU’s Assistant Director of Communications/Media Relations. Suzanne earned her degree in communications and now works as a graduate teaching assistant at WKU while studying Sports Media and Branding.
