Date a Delta
The Delta pledge class held the ever first Date a Delta event Wednesday April 14, 2010 in the Mass Media Auditorium. The philanthropic event raised funds to go towards Fiji’s Across America, which is benefiting Alzheimer’s research. After a couple rounds of questions and talent show, the girls began bidding for a one-on-one date with the guys. Three of the brothers riding across country made a surprise appearance and were auctioned off for dates as well. The event concluded with over $500 raised for Alzheimer’s research. We hope to make this an annual event.
